Shipping policies are subject to applicable laws. Dutch Heritage Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, or extraordinary events.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Our shipping fees are based on your location:

  • Netherlands (DHL): €4,95

    • Free shipping on orders over €60 (NL)

    • Express or premium shipping is not included in free shipping

  • Belgium, Germany (DHL): €4,95

    • Free shipping on orders over €65

  • Rest of Europe (DHL/GLS/PostNL): €9,95

    • Free shipping on orders over €90

  • Outside Europe (PostNL): €20

Where Do We Deliver?
We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping Carriers

  • Netherlands: DHL

  • All other countries: DHL/GLS/PostNL

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders from the Netherlands placed on weekdays before 19:00 (7 PM CET) are shipped the same day with PostNL, subject to stock availability and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders from all other countries placed on weekdays before 18:00 (6 PM CET) are shipped the same day with GLS, subject to stock availability and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders placed after these times or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days after shipping

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • Outside Europe: 5–10 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, postal service issues, or extraordinary events are not the responsibility of Dutch Heritage Cosmetics.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
We do not support multiple delivery addresses per order. Please place separate orders for each address.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We ship to PO Boxes, but not to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I Be Charged VAT or Custom Duties?
All taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Extra handling fees by the carrier are also the responsibility of the recipient.
